The Random Stuff

Can't sleep. To make a bad situation worse, I went over to Jorge Garcia's blog and he was talking about seeing the Weinermobile in Hawaii. Somehow, reading a post about weiners made me leave a reply about Krispy Kreme doughnuts, and now I really can't sleep. I don't know if it's because I'm now fixated on doughnuts and can't/won't rest until I have some, or if I'm paranoid of going to sleep thinking about doughnuts. 'Cause you know what will happen. I'll have that same dream I always have about Chiaki Kuriyama, and somehow doughnuts will appear in the dream and I'll wake up "aroused", knowing full well that it's only because I dreamed of the lovely Miss Kuriyama, but still feeling like some kind of sick, glazed pervert.

I really need to get some sleep though. I've got a job interview in the morning, and I'm certain that showing up with bags under my eyes, a five o'clock shadow and a doughnut inspired woody won't be helpful.

Went to go see Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. It was pretty good, easily the best movie in the series so far, but I have one major complaint. When you have a movie that clocks in approx. 2 and half hours, the theater should have to provide pillows to sit on. Seriously, my ass was killing me by the end of the movie. Anyone watching me must have thought I was squirming around in my seat becuase the Inferi scared me or Dumbledore's death scene made me feel uneasy, but no, it was because my butt was going numb and I was trying to find a comfortable spot in an increasingly uncomfortable theater seat. It was nowhere near as bad as going to see Grindhouse last year, which clocked in at an ass-torturing 3 and a half hours (I had to watch part of it standing up, whick was OK since there was no one else in the theater), but it was still bad. Other than that, and having to spend $10 for a soda and M&M's, it was a good time. Like I said, no complaints about the movie, it was good.

On a related note, I need to do a Google search on Bonnie Wright (Ginny Weasley) and find out how old she is, just in case she decides to make a cameo in the next Chiaki Kuriyama dream. I certainly don't need another reason to feel bad about myself at the moment.

On that note, I'm off to try to get some sleep before the big interview.

Be good.

First

So, yeah, I basically created a profile just so I could comment on someone else's site, but then I got to thinking about how I sometimes miss when I used to blog on Xanga. So what the hell, here I am, blogging again, if that's what you can call this first little piece here.

My first, massive, back-in-the-swing-of-things blog is gonna have to wait until later. My sadist of a doctor has this crazy notion that exercise is good for me, so I have to actually get up and do some moving about now.

If anyone actually reads this, be good.
